Day 3: Liam has had a busy couple of days and will soon be finishing a 24 EEG exam and monitoring session for seizure activity.

This is usually a very traumatic time for Liam but we tried to take away the pain for him a little by adding to his collection of Giraffes, this fine example courtesy of FAO Schwartz on 5th Ave New York City.

He has also completed a series of blood tests and his eye exam which was done under general anaesthic.

Overall he is doing very well and the doctors and ourselves are delighted with his progress so far.

Liam has really liked having his Nana around too and she has been playing a blinder with him! it also allows for us to slip out for a coffee to the parents room, where the hospital takes great care of us in.

Nerves are building ahead of Tuesday's operation, but tomorrow is a test free day so that should be relaxing for us, we are also hoping to meet the child who had the treatment in April, along with his family tomorrow afternoon.

With  you tube hits over 7000 + & counting,  our awareness campaign tribute to Saoirse continues to grow! This is what we need, & more people sharing the link of course!
